Last January 8, one of SFAB’s member have flown to Japan to
join the AOTS program.

Enrico-san remained in Tokyo for the language training along
with other representatives from different countries.

He finished his language training by having a speech last for
their “graduation”.

He just recently join the Kashiwazaki office of Tamura Co. Ltd.

He will continue his CAD training and we hope he’ll be able to continuously improve his Japanese by communicating with the
Japan members.

It’s the 2nd time SFAB have sent a trainee for AOTS.

Last year, we dispatched another employee to Japan under AOTS,
who was able to improve his CAD skills at the factory.

SFAB has always hope to be able to easily communicate with our
Japan office in order to better understand our customers and
Japanese colleague.

We are looking forward to our member’s improvement.

1月8日、SFABのメンバーの1人がAOTSプログラムに参加するために
日本に飛び立ちました。

エンリコさんは、他の国の代表者と一緒に語学研修のために東京に
残りました。

彼は「卒業式」で最終スピーチをして語学研修を終えました。

彼は最近、田村製作所の柏崎オフィスに入社しました。

彼はCAD研修を継続し、日本人メンバーとコミュニケーションをとる
ことで日本語を継続的に上達させたいと考えています。

SFABがAOTSに研修生を送るのは今回で2回目です。

昨年も別の従業員をAOTSで日本に派遣し、工場でCADの技術を向上
させることができました。

SFABは常に、お客様や日本人の同僚をよりよく理解するために、
日本のオフィスと簡単にコミュニケーションが取れるようにしたいと
考えています。

メンバーの成長を楽しみにしています。
