Recently, SFAB relocated to a larger office space.

As a result of the move, the CAD team and administrative staff are
now able to work in separate rooms, which has improved concentration
for each group.

In addition, the previous office had no windows connected to the outside, resulting in poor indoor air quality.

The new office has a balcony that allows fresh air to be brought in from outside.

This improvement is especially effective during the rainy season.

The meeting room is also larger, making it more convenient for meetings
and study sessions.

Furthermore, a dedicated pantry has been installed. Previously, employees
had to use the meeting table during lunchtime, which was not ideal.

Office relocations in the Philippines can be very challenging due to the
need to obtain proper documentation, comply with building regulations, and secure the necessary approvals.

This time, there were also issues with the internet transfer process, but
we are glad it was successfully completed.

Going forward, we will continue working in the new office with increased productivity.

先日、SFABは広いオフィススペースへ移転を行いました。

移転により、CADチームと管理スタッフは別々の部屋で作業ができるようになり、
各グループの集中力が向上しました。

また、今までのオフィスは、外と繋がる窓が無かったので、室内の空気の環境が
悪かったのですが、今回のオフィスはバルコニーがあり、外部から新鮮な空気が
取り込めます。

この改善は特に雨季に有効です。

会議室も広くなり、会議や勉強会を行うのに便利になりました。

さらに、専用のパントリーも設置されました。以前は、従業員は昼食時に会議
テーブルを使用しなければならず、これは理想的ではありませんでした。

フィリピンでのオフィス移転は、適切な書類の入手、建築規制の遵守、そして
必要な承認の取得など、非常に困難な場合があります。

今回もインターネットの移転手続きでトラブルがありましたが、完了できて
よかったです。

これから新しいオフィスで、生産性を上げて仕事をしていきます。
