SFAB continuously aims to develop and improve the skills of our CAD
Operators. Thus a study session is being held at least every 2 months.

Our colleagues from Japan are being sent in Manila to teach our members.
This time Mr.S was sent along with Tamura Co. Ltd. President Tamura and
Managing Director.

SFAB members and Mr.S had always been meeting online thru our weekly
CAD meeting. However this is the 1st time he had visited SFAB and meet
the members in person. Although we had a rough weather condition during
his visit due to typhoon we are able to push thru with the study session.
The members have surely learned a lot.

On his last night in Manila, we are able to go out and dine with SFAB
members, President Tamura, Managing Director and Mr. S. We had introduced
Filipino Dishes and had time talking about things outside of work.
It was short time but we hopefully had a good time with Mr. S, President
Tamura and Managing Director.

We look forward to continuously work and learn from Mr.S.

Sさん、はじめまして！

SFABはCADオペレーターのスキル向上と育成に継続的に取り組んでおり、少なく
とも2ヶ月に1回は勉強会を開催しています。

日本からもメンバーへの指導のため、同僚がマニラに派遣されています。
今回は、Sさんは田村製作所の田村社長と常務と共に派遣されました。

SFABメンバーとSさんは、これまで毎週のCADミーティングを通してオンラインで
交流していましたが、今回初めてSFABを訪れ、メンバーと直接お会いしました。
台風の影響で天候が不安定でしたが、勉強会は無事に開催することができました。
メンバーは多くのことを学んだことでしょう。

マニラ滞在最終日の夜は、SFABメンバー、田村社長、常務、そしてSさんと食事を
しました。フィリピン料理を紹介したり、仕事以外の話題で盛り上がったりしました。
短い時間ではありましたが、Sさん、田村社長、そして常務と楽しい時間を過ごせた
と思います。

今後もSさんと仕事を続け、共に学んでいきたいと考えています。
