On February 17, we were honored to welcome Mr.M and Ms.F to
the SFAB Office.
Mr.M stayed for four days, while Ms.F spent three days with
the team.
The primary purpose of their visit was to conduct the quarterly
study session for SFAB members.
Mr.M led insightful sessions on 符号管理 (Code Management) and
TEKLA, providing clear guidance
and practical techniques that members can directly apply to
their daily tasks.
Ms.F also delivered a valuable session focused on enhancing
estimation projects,
sharing effective strategies and best practices to improve both
accuracy and efficiency.
The training sessions were highly engaging and offered meaningful
learning opportunities for everyone.
To warmly welcome our guests, SFAB members hosted a welcome dinner
on their first evening.
As it was Ms.F’s first visit to the Philippines, the team selected
a Filipino restaurant to introduce her
to local cuisine. They enjoyed well-loved traditional dishes such
as Sinigang and Kare-kare,
along with other Filipino specialties. It was a wonderful
opportunity to share not only knowledge
but also culture and camaraderie. We hope they enjoyed both
the food and the warm Filipino hospitality.
SFAB sincerely thanks Mr.M and Ms.F for taking time out of their
busy schedules to visit and support the team.
Their guidance, dedication, and continued mentorship are greatly
appreciated.

2月17日、田村製作所従業員のMさんとFさんがSFABオフィスに来られました。
今回の来社目的はSFABメンバーへの勉強会の実施で、Mさんは4日間、Fさん
は3日間滞在しました。
Mさんからは「REAL4の符号管理（Code Management）」や「TEKLAの操作方法」
に関しての勉強会を教わり、日々の業務に直結する具体的かつ実践的な
ご指導を賜りました。
Fさんからは積算業務の精度および効率向上を目的とした勉強会を実施して
もらい、効果的な入力方法についてアドバイスをいただきました。
いずれの研修も大変有意義であり、参加したメンバーにとって学びの多い
機会となりました。
初日には、歓迎の意を込めてSFABメンバー主催のウェルカムディナーを開催
いたしました。
Fさんにとって初めてのフィリピンご訪問であったため、現地の文化を
ご体験いただけるようフィリピン料理店を選定いたしました。
【Sinigang】や【Kare-kare】をはじめとする代表的なフィリピン料理を
お楽しみいただき、
和やかな雰囲気の中で交流を深めることができました。
お食事とともに、フィリピンならではの温かいおもてなしも感じていただけて
おりましたら幸いです。
ご多忙の中、SFABメンバーのためにご来訪くださったMさんおよびFさんに
心より感謝申し上げます。
