SFAB has sent our employee Archie-san to Japan for the AOTS last June 24.

This time the training center is located at Osaka where he was joined by
other participants from other countries.

It’s the first time Archie-san joined a Japan Training program for SFAB.

He was worried at first but has decided to accept the challenge.

He understand the objective and wanted to learn and hone his skills.

At the moment, Archie-san have started the program and has done a field
trip to practice their communication skills.

SFAB strives to improve the skills of its members through participation
in programs such as training in Japan.

Looking forward to see our employees finishing the training programs and
develop their skills.

SFABは、6月24日に社員のアーチーさんをAOTSのために日本へ派遣しました。

今回の研修センターは大阪にあり、他の国からの参加者も参加しました。

アーチーさんがSFABの日本での研修プログラムに参加するのは今回が初めてです。

最初は不安そうでしたが、挑戦を受け入れることを決意しました。

彼はプログラムの目的を理解し、学び、スキルを磨きたいと考えていました。

現在、アーチーさんはプログラムを開始し、コミュニケーションスキルを磨くため
のフィールドトリップに参加しています。

SFABは、日本での研修などのプログラムへの参加を通じて、社員のスキル向上に
努めています。

社員が研修プログラムを修了し、スキルを磨く姿を見るのを楽しみにしています。
